Who We Are
Get Clear Space is a family-run house clearance business based in Woodley, Stockport. We started the business because we saw a gap in the market for a clearance service that actually cares – about the people, the property, and the environment. We are Matt and Lauren, a husband and wife team. Between us we have years of experience in property clearance, waste management, and customer service. We built Get Clear Space on the principle that clearing a property should not add to your stress. Whether you are dealing with a bereavement, preparing a property for sale, or simply need a fresh start, we handle everything so you do not have to.
What We Do
We provide house clearance services across Stockport, Manchester, Tameside, Oldham, and Cheshire East. That includes full property clearances, bereavement and probate clearances, end of tenancy clearances, garage and loft clearances, office clearances, and bulky waste collection. We sort everything responsibly, recycling and donating wherever possible rather than defaulting to landfill.
